I first spoke with Brandi at the front desk, who I explained my car situation with. Unsure if I would be able to find the car I wanted or would be able to be financed she assured me that I would be able to get me a car, and she would put me with a great member of the team. When I walked into ALM I was greeted by Mr. Rodney Wright. Mr. Wright had a big nice smile and a great welcoming spirit. We immediately got to work. He was able to find what I wanted by color, year, and the features I desired to have with my car. I was next introduced to Mr. AJ Swinmey who negotiated the perfect price for me that was affordable, including Gap and warranty. Lastly I was introduced to Jawon the delivery specialist he made sure I knew every detail there was to know about my new car, he made sure my Bluetooth was connected, programmed the radio station I desired, he also made sure all features were properly working. Overall, my experience at ALM Kia South was GREAT!!! Great customer service!!!! Great experience!!! Thanks ALM Kia South!!!
