I've worked with PLR to fill several positions, from Research Associate through Senior Scientist. They are a great alternative to a traditional recruiting model, and much better than doing it all yourself. They've helped me with phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, staying in touch with backup candidates, doing reference checks, and providing guidance to draft a competitive offer. I've found them to be responsive (even though I am on Pacific Time), flexible, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help close the deal.
