So far not great. 10 days after a mortgage offer we still heard nothing so called in. The advisor (not our case officer who is pretty hard to reach) stated they had not seen the offer and furthermore hadn't done anything to chase it up. I then had to make several calls back and forth, with one call to RMNJ ending with the advisor talking over me to cut off the conversation, rudely saying 'OK thanks we will be in touch' before hanging up on me!! Unbelievable! I have never had such a bad customer service experience.
After chasing, complaining, chasing again and complaining again they 'managed to find the offer' and hopefully will continue to take our case seriously.
I would not recommend.
