I have a leased van, I received a mailer stating I could turn my lease in early and lease another vehicle. Because my "excellent payment history". I contacted the sales rep, told him what I'd like to do and he stated he would look into it and call me back. I missed his call and immediately returned his call with no answer. I tried to call 3 more times with no answer(I left a message one of the times). I then called and spoke with another sales rep and explained the situation, he told me he would call me back the next day or day after, no call has come yet almost a week later. I then asked a friend of mine that works in the car business to see if he could get my info, when he went to the new car manager she stated to let her take care of it she "knows how to run her business". Apparently customer service is low on the priority list. Speaking of priority's, apparently I wasn't one because they keep putting me off to call back later. Reconsider doing business with this ownership group, they could do the same to you.
