I had a fantastic experience working with my salesman Jordan Marowelli. He was responsive over email, understood our needs and worked up as much of the process without me as possible to make my visit to the dealer quick and productive. I had first class help while I was on site at the dealer and was well taken care of. The service technicians that did my walk through on our camper were extremely knowledgeable and the hitch installation was done by a veteran with 20+ years experience. This was my third RV so I have some experience, but still learned a few things from all three staff members I worked with. I purchased a past RV 10+ years ago when the dealer was Tom Raper and I can say my experience with our new camper was just as good as it was when we dealt with Tom Raper years ago. I will be returning here for futures service/parts etc.
