I'm still waiting for the technician after two months. Terrible service. I'll see if I change it.
Edit: After contacting you I ask you for a remedy and indeed you don't give me any and you ignore my last email sent on December 13th. Five days ago.
I had put 2 stars waiting for you to give me a solution and then upload it. But since it has not been like that, I lower it to 1.

I wanted to leave my old review so that you can compare the service of a few months ago with the current one.
I've been with this company for a while now and it has improved a lot. I am very happy it has gone from being a technical service that took 20 minutes to assist you to one that solves everything in 2 minutes. I have contracted 1000 megabytes and normally I have about 800 and even so I am more than satisfied. I rarely have a problem with them and I certainly switch from giving them a star to five without thinking about it. Keep improving!
