What a great place for college students! Jimmy went out of his way to help me repair my laptop free of charge when he seen it was an easy fix . He gave me an easier solution to my problem rather than taking advantage of my lack of knowledge for computers and upselling me on something else. I even came back with the same problem (hinge of my laptop prevented the laptop from turning on) and he still insisted on fixing my problem free of charge . I would recommend this to anyone who does not want to be overcharged or taken advantage of. Additionally , Alec gave great customer service as well as the other young lady.
