Working as an agent representing a buyer on a foreclosed home I can honestly say these are some of the worst people we have ever worked with. They send contract addendums making demands of a buyer that are BARELY legal ( charging $ 100 a day if closing is delayed, refusing to return EM etc) and appear to be a ruthless and wholly unethical business. Avoid at all costs
