My brother-in-law, Jorge J., my sister, Consuelo, and I went to Concord Toyota about three weeks ago and met with James Bass (Jim), one of Internet specialists, to purchase a Corolla. Our experience with Jim was exceptional. He went through all the details, answered all our questions, and how Jorge could possibly get a loan. After a long struggle of selecting the car that Jorge wanted, from his pickle-mindedness to repeated driving tests, to its final approval, Jim was there for us. But of course, our Ioan specialist, Mr. Garcha, is unforgettable. He was the most entertaining, knowing how we tried to bargain the car, yet exceptionally demonstrated a pleasing, and an understanding loan manager that we have met. We could not recommend other dealership than Concord Toyota. Thanks for a warm accommodation. We are truly a happy camper! - Aida Guiam
