I just bought my second 55 TV from George Chaplin in 5 years. He provided excellent service as usual. George is an extremely hard working and patient person. Of course, he also has a fine understanding of the audio & TV product lines. A pleasure working with him to determine my purchasing requirements.

Another Sales Associate who assisted me during my multiple visits to Visions, before I purchased my new TV, was Michael Yang. He filled in when George was busy with other customers and store duties. I found Michael to be patient and very helpful.
