From beginning all the effort done by security guy...

From beginning all the effort done by security guy & restaurants staff was excellent. Food service was also awesome & food items was really very good. BUT.....

1. I don't know, when I repeat the order of Cashew Butter Masala, Chef murdered the whole taste of it... I think he was in hurry, Just to finish the order. Chef must come to customers to know what he did wrong.

2. Despite of such an excellent & vast setup of infrastructure this area doesn't have fail safe system of bill generation ( Stating Technical Failure) . It took them 30 long minutes to prepare our food bill. I was fedup at the end.
F&B manager was missing from action despite of asking several times. Front staff was apologetic all the time . Though I admire there service effort while dine in .

All in all entered there with great service & left with bad service.
Cannot decide to go there again or not. May be ......
