I cannot believe how I was treated there. The nursing staff that deals with mental health patients are rude and just plain mean. I was being treated so badly that I asked for a patient advocate. I guess that didn't make them too happy because on top of not being allowed to see a patient advocate, I was then strapped to a bed for two hours. I asked one of the male nurses what his name was and his response was I don't give out my name in the crazy ward. I left Luthern with a badly hurt wrist and felt so turned off that I am not sure I'm going to be able to trust anyone that treats mental health.
