Friendly welcome, but rates a bit high for my tast...

Friendly welcome, but rates a bit high for my taste not related to the quality of food, and having a menu "at will" but that does not include fries (without being notified in advance) and the Plates are ridiculously small from the 2nd plates, to insist on not recommending my disappointment.
