Although they pleasant on the phone...they are not...

Although they pleasant on the phone...they are not very organized or through in what they do having patient's administrators in their facility. They are not even up to date on the insurance they accept. The most question you ask them really the answer is incorrect. Anyone higher the administration is just as unknowledgeable as the next and very rude. They just want the insurance money before making for your
child.
