Disappointed on the time of carnival.

Disappointed on the time of carnival.
Came at 3:00pm to the front desk asked to get checked in ..your room wi be ready 4:00...its 6:00pm and the room is not ready yet...this does not go well when you have small kids and on 95 degree heat outside ..
Location is great and very ckean..
