Our congress was outsourced because a major customer came even though our event was booked first. So we have to take a taxi between the hotel and the congress center. Of course, this was not compensated because there was a shuttle service (a mini with space for three people with 200 congress participants).
For congress participants there was a fixed price of 125.
At the check-out one tried to charge each participant about 180 .
After I noticed this, the invoice I was given was incorrectly addressed.
The shower drain was clogged.
On the bill, breakfast was charged at 25 euros. So, of course, I can still tax the valid benefit.
The staff at the reception was understaffed and overwhelmed (check in and out took 20 minutes each).
If you want to go on a barby vacation, this hotel is recommended, but I can only advise against business travelers. Never again!!!
