Customer service reversed my $5 late fee but maintained the $13.50 toll charge. Now I know, and I'll drive in reverse on an on-ramp before I ever return.

Data point: the supervisor said Colorado drivers can be affected but out-of-state drivers will just go to collections. If your bill is $20+ and you're out of state, I'd just let it roll then ask the collection agency for proof.

How do the employees here wake up in the morning? There's no pride in this work. Honestly, I feel bad for them.
