Edit a previous message where I gave a low score to the store because something uncomfortable happened with an employee and I expressed myself in this way. I change my score and comment because after this the management responded very responsibly to my comment. Also, Mr. Keith Guralchuk, director of the adorama store, wrote me via email. In my opinion there are few companies that work in this way and it is important. We clients for various reasons can live a bad experience with an employee. This does not mean that the company is bad. Nor will I talk again about what happened. I'll just say that I'm glad to know that the adorama company is looking for alternatives to fix or achieve a better image after what happened. This same action tells me that your service is of excellence. They are open to details and situations and this is important. Because the support of the company is vital for us customers. Thank you
