They have the worst customer service and professio...

They have the worst customer service and professionalism! I do not really understand how come they have license to have business in our country. They shut down their NY office BUT did not notice us not to send the original docs there. Then they lost the original BOL and asked us to overnight the second copy to Boston. In meanwhile, they did not release the container even though we have emailed the BOL. They use all the free days to pick up the container and refused to extend pick up for a day.
They refused to accept their fault, exchanged 37 emails in 3 days. It is not possible for them to understand that it is hard to organize unloading a container during Covid-19. It costs us an another 300 dollars to pick up and hold the container until we organize the help again.
Do not choose them to move your goods and waste time.
