I had a oil change appointment at 8:00am, arrived about 7:50, and was greeted by their service advisor who promptly did the paperwork. I did ask for a few things extra, cost of a paint stick, a problem with some plastic corner pieces on the windshield and a key for my car. After a 2 plus hour wait, it was finally done. The cashier wasn't courteous or disrespectful, just here is your bill and I can go back to what ever she was doing. The cost was twice what I can get it done locally. I had to ask twice for the paint stick, which$21.95, for a ounce or to of paint was a little high, I'll check with Amazon. The plastic pcs for the windshield corners, $166.00, are you kidding me! On my bill, I paid $2.80 plus tax on a miscellaneous charge, whatever that was. Not impressed!
