Very pleased with my experience at Bob Ross used cars. Our salesman, Bill Sweatt, was very helpful and professional without being pushy. He was very familiar with the condition and features of our vehicle and was prepared with the Carfax report and also a detailed report of the work performed by the dealer. Tyrone Kemp was very accommodating and helpful during the delivery process, even helping me work through a payment problem that I brought to the table. Couldn't be happier with these guys.

Worst Car lot I ve ever been to Ever wouldn t even come down two thousand dollars to close a sale on a $23,000 car. And by the way I was paying in cash and they still wouldn t come down one penny from that 23,000 I will never be back and I hope anybody that reads this doesn t go there either Because all they will do is talk you up make it seem like there s a deal to be made and then when it comes time to make the deal they will tell you that it s the price shown no negotiations worst dealership ever

Let me tell you that I hope that Jenell Ross realizes what a phenomenal staff she possesses. Everyone there makes you feel like family right when you walk in the door. My family has been buying all of our cars there since 2012 (I think 7 cars in total), and would never go anywhere else (after having a bad experience from another dealership). Doug, Bill S., Dan, Butch,Tonya, Tyrone, Joe, Bill K., Mike J. and anyone else that I missed are truly amazing. They are very knowledgeable and have never pressured myself or anyone into buying a vehicle. I couldn't be happier. Lastly I would like to say a big thank you to Bill Klapper and Mike Johnston for always going the extra mile to always making every visit special. 100% Satisfied Fiat, Buick and GMC Customers!!!

I purchased a used car, Toyota Sienna, from this dealership. Bill Sweatt was the salesman and he was a great salesperson. I was looking around for a vehicle for about 3 to 4 months. Bill was by far the best salesperson I dealt with and they had the best price for the value of the car. I Would recommend doing business with them if they have the type of vehicle you are looking buy.

We had an awesome car buying experience. We worked with Bill Sweatt. He was very professional, but also had a good sense of humor. He even came in early for us. The finance department was wonderful as well, and helped us get everything done in a timely fashion. We are really happy with our car so far. We would recommend this dealership, and Bill in particular.

They are not customer service friendly. Strict like a German soldier.
