Contacted springbok to view a house told them when was best for us so sent me appointment in same day so had to message for another appointment went to view the house sadly wasnt for us! We were told someone from springbok would meet us there NO!! it was a 'keyholder' for landlord...no professionalism for springbok the landlord should save his money and let the lovely lady who was the 'keyholder' sell it for him and pay her she did a better job the lady was very inviting friendly welcoming and very informative and polite in fact springbok SHOULD EMPLOY HER ...because they have no customer care qualities at all...We were not impressed at all not sure will use agian...
