Rented a vehicle for a week, was rushed through the sign-in process and not told about additional driver fee. Returned the vehicle to be rushed again asked to to allow an emailed receipt to find an additional $100 charges in additional driver fees. Customer service does not have the authority to dispute the charges or handle customer complaints.
