We went here to purchase a car. Unfortunately the dealership offers one price and then when you come in they keep adding all kinds of fees. We offered an out the door price in case that includes everything and they told us they couldn't do that (although the number was very reasonable for the car) and then 2 days later they called us back and told us they'd be happy to make the deal. We told them no thank you as we are now working on purchasing a different car. They kept calling us for two weeks trying to get us to agree to the offer we originally made that they turned down. How annoying to have this happen, if they thought it was so great 2 days later they should have considered the offer for more than a minute while we were there and taken us up on it. These tricks with all they high fees is unnecessary and consumers should not be told they are required by law. We've been to other dealers that don't have these fees and other dealers where the fee are much lower than this dealer. So if it is a law how are all the other dealers getting away with not charging it to their customers? At the time we were there all Virginia law stated was if the dealer charged fees they had to tell the customer and not hide it in the price of the car.
