Both our AC units shut down during the most resent heat wave and tropical storm. RA Hoy respondied quickly to diagnose the problem and give us an honest assessment and options. We opted to replace both units with Trane product s and have been very happy we went with Hoy. Given the scheduling around the storm due to flooding they put us on a priority and we were back in our home a day after the storm. Two crews were brought in to get the job done. Installers Were knowledgeable, professional and completed the job In one day. They were neat, maintained safety guidelines at all times and we couldn t ask for a better experience.
Several friends have used RA Hoy in the past with good experiences so it made our decision to go with them more reassuring. Thanks for a timely and quality job.
