HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a brand new jets...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a brand new jetski for over $7K, issue with delivery, no manual included. Asked on 5 separate occasions for a manual and was told " they would get one right to us", never happened!! Rode it twice an it quit running. Told it was not "a warranty issue" and charge $400 for repair. We literally had it for 2 weeks!!! Spoke to the manager, John, who blew us off and refused to make things right! We will never buy from Charleston Powersports again. If I were you, I WOULD STEER CLEAR!!

Update: we have been contacted by Charleston Powersports and are working towards a resolution. Byron was the first person that took us seriously and worked diligently to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond to makes things right! Hopefully, the rest of the team will follow his example in the future.
