I went in for a routine oil change and inspection, I made an appointment although that didn't seem to matter as when you drive up there are already a line of cars. After waiting for 15 minutes a representative took down my information and asked me to sit inside the waiting area that it would be about an hour and a half then my car was given a number and driven around back. After playing on my phone for a little bit I got hungry so walked across the street for some breakfast to Katella Grill which wasn't bad but no refills on chocolate milk. I came back after eating and sat back in the waiting area then continued playing on my phone, I lost track of time. After my phone died I saw the time and it had been a couple hours, I went to check on the progress of my car and they hadn't even started yet! The employee didn't even have me listed in their queue. They apologized and said they would place two mechanics on my car to rush through, it took another two hours for them to "rush" complete. All in all my car was in their care for 6 hours, the only saving grace is they did not charge me a penny for the service. So just double check and periodically check in to ensure they're working on your vehicle as their system of queued cars is not very efficient.
