Sent my Cat S60 to them for service under warranty...

Sent my Cat S60 to them for service under warranty. Phone had a touchscreen issue, hard to detect.

Two days after shipping the phone to them a new replacement was sent to me. Happy with the result, although the communication back to me was unclear. It took me a bit to figure out that it was in fact a replacement.
