Lexus South Pointe offers customer service that can't be matched. During my recent experience (2nd time) in purchasing a new vehicle, the sales associate Henry Yee, was very kind, patient and professional during this process. My experience at Lexus South Pointe is that the customer comes first and that everyone works as a team to achieve this goal. During the past several years my experience with the service associates is that they will stop at nothing to make sure that a customers needs are met - the customer does come first!
Unfortunately the situation has changed drastically and the customer service I experienced in April 2020 does not give a 5 star rating - more like zero...
