I was appalled at how the supervisor selling tickets was treating her employees, as well as our group. Last name of Fitzgerald or Fitzpatrick. She was so rude to us that we almost left. I don t understand how somebody can be so nasty to people trying to buy/exchange tickets. I could tell she was making her subordinates miserable by making snide comments when they had questions. She must hate her job. I m a season pass holder at timberline, but decided to give meadows a try. I won t be back from the way my group of 4 was treated. She needs to be let go, because i stayed to observe how she treated other customers and it was obvious that was her normal demeanor.
