I was contacted by Mike Molinski, one of the owners of Bike Max, who was very understanding of the situation and worked with me to resolve the issue. Since my only issue with them was concerning my deposit and Mike and I have come to an agreement I have changed my review to 4 stars. Mike and Paul, I appreciate your professionalism and your working with me to resolve this issue. After talking with these guys I can say that if the loan I applied for through my bank had come through I believe I would be confident in purchasing a bike through these guys.
