Romy Shaheen conducted an annual inspection of our crawl space. He was very thorough in explaining what he found in the inspection including replacing a humidifier and addressing a possible problem with the sewer line. Romy was very professional in the way in which he answered our questions. He took time to explain things so that we had a complete understanding of the current situation as well as issues that will be addressed moving forward. We have had very positive experiences with the Perma Seal staff and Romy continued that tradition.
