Amazing. Amazing amazing. My biggest regret of living in the south bay was that we didn't come here more. Huge variety and a lot of thought put into the educational and entertainment value of each exhibit. If you have kids in the 4+ range, it's a must. (our daughter enjoyed it at 3 as well).
