We love Los Poblanos! The food is amazing and we love it s local/organic. But here s something I don t like, if you re going to place a mandatory COVID 20% tip on the bill please tell me beforehand. The poor wait staff then have to explain it and ask that we continue to tip them as the Mandatory tip is shared between everyone. Our tip ended up being 35% of the bill once calculated, not the issue, just want to warn others. Are you doing this to incentivize the wait staff to work because they make more on unemployment? If so, why is making a liveable wage now the responsibility of your customers? Maybe let us know before hand? Everything was perfect until that moment and it made me question if we will come back.
