I have now been waiting 47 minutes to view a prope...

I have now been waiting 47 minutes to view a property that they manage with Todd. I spoke with a woman in their office yesterday and I knew they had a pending application and asked that they please let me know if the owner accepts it. Her baby crying into the phone as well the whole time we were talking on the phone so it was kind of hard to hear (pretty unprofessional).

Fast forward to today when I drove 15 miles to view this property with an appointment at 11.30a. I have been calling since 11.40a and it s now 12.21a and no one can be bothered to answer the phone. I just left a message and am doubting they will return my call.

I work in property management, so I am familiar with the ins and outs of the industry and this is incredibly poor business practice. If I were an owner I would not want this company managing my property given that they are incredibly unresponsive to prospects and unprofessional as well.

Normally the leasing agent would follow up to let a prospect know the property has leased and to cancel the appointment but also inquire if perhaps their company had another property that may meet the prospects needs. I can only imagine that the care they give to the owners and tenants is of subpar quality as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
