Paid my bill in full and was told it would be removed from my credit record in 30-45 days. After the allotted time I called back and asked why it was still on there, the rude lady on the other end said it ll stay on there for 7 years even though it was paid off and if I had paid my bill it wouldn t of been put on there in the first place. I hope karma pays her a visit one day. Too bad it doesn t let you give negative stars......if you have the misfortune of having to deal with these people make sure you record the call Incase they deny things like they did to me.
