Yikes. I lived at Austin Springs. This company uses dishonest and aggressive sales tactics to try and get tenants to resign. They ll add unknown charges to your monthly balance unexpectedly that you have no choice in. I suspected we had mold and it took 6 phone calls (where I actually spoke to people) to get anything done ab it. Do not rent from here!
