I recently bought a used BMW 550i from Audi Beverly Hills. The sale was easy and I was in and out in about three hours. Unfortunately, when I drove it home, that night the coolant warning light went off. I contacted my salesman, Raj, the next day about it. Rather than tell me the car was sold "as is" (which it was), Raj arranged for my car to be repaired at no charge. I estimate that it would have cost me over $1,000 to repair. The service staff was great! This dealership provides exceptional customer service!
