My Dad was in the hospital for 14 days, so I had lots of time to evaluate the people, processes anc technology in use by the staff.. He was treated very well by all the staff, both during the day and ant night and on weekends. he should make a full recovery. The only complaint I have is that the phone "system", and I used the word loosely, is terrible. If anyone ever evaluated the time the staff wastes trying to reach other departments to get status, transfer calls or respond to outside inquiries for help, I am sure they would find evidence of significant waste of human capital.
