I wish I could give this place zero stars. We had a set of twins take their graduation photos here this summer. First, they messed up the appointment dates. Even though we scheduled both twins to get their portraits done on the same day at the same time, THEY messed up and scheduled one twin on one day and another on another day. Fine. Whatever. We were dismayed we couldn t get a picture of the twins together but let it go as they were very nice about it.

But then, when we went to order their portraits, we specifically asked for them to be made in black and white. The woman who was filling out the order form said okay but apparently never checked the black and white box. When we went to pick up our portraits and they were both in color, we explained there must have been a mistake. However, in line with their previously displayed lack of professionalism, they refused to rectify their own mistake. Instead of offering to remake our portraits and fix their error, the owner said they would give us a measly discount if we chose to reorder them. It s really such a shame this is main place to get senior photos done in Memphis, as they re clearly unprofessional, poorly managed, and don t care about their customers.
