We arrived from church and the place was packed.The The hostess sat us down, and it appears they need more waiter/waitresses.We sat down and waited 20 minutes before I mentioned to the bus boy if someone could help us.The waiter came over and said he was busy at the other table with their wine service..
I did see he was engaged in a long conversation with the other table.it could have been the guests asking questions concerning the wine.
I said okayyy "there was another table waited upon that arrived -way later after we sat down."He acted bewildered and didn't understand what I said to him.I raised my voice and repeated again what was going on.He stated he had all these tables he was waiting on.We ordered our food and we were brought water in the meantime from the hostess.Our food arrived late and was very good.The service needs help and management needs to hire more people.its a big turn off when you see the potential this place could be with improvement, nothing is done by management to help people waiting in the meantime.I will try again to give them the benefit of the doubt.
