About 5 weeks ago, I began tossing around the idea of trading my Subaru in for a 2013 Tacoma. I went to a couple dealerships in the SE, but South Pointe had a much larger truck selection than Canyon Creek, so I ultimately went there to test drive (nothing against Canyon Creek, I've been very happy with their service in the past).

My experience with both Darrin M. and South Pointe were very good. I worked with Darrin over a span of 3 weeks to finalize a trade in value for my current car, as well as a purchase price for the new truck; I was very happy with both. Something that I really liked was that they weren't hung up on getting my deposit. My previous experience with Subaru Calgary was that once they had my deposit, they lost interest in helping me... with South Pointe, they didn't take my deposit until we ordered the truck. Within a week of ordering, the vehicle was ready for pickup.

In the end, I was very happy with the service I received from Darrin and South Pointe.
