I have a very bad experience with Volvo Dealer. That's not how you treat your customer. I dropped off my truck there two weeks ago for maintenance. I had issues with the transmission and with the def system. I call everyday to check on the truck. They don't give me a direct answer. Everyday the would have a different story and they don't follow up. I had fixed the same things that I recently had issues with again. I have a warranty with them for a year for def system. I told them since it has not been a year, I should t pay for it. The same issue that I had was in June of last year. So 11 month ago. They did confirm the warranty. However, they made me pay for the repairs. They said I either pay for it or not get it fixed. I also had the transmission fixed, I drove it less than 4 miles the problem that I had gotten worse. I am not sure what they have done with it to make it worse. Now,
it's 4 days since I dropped it off again the same day I picked it up. I am very disappointed with them and I hope people think twice before going there. They have the worst customer service. I have been without work all theses time and I have responsibilities to take care of. I will never go back to them again after I receive my truck.
