The worst freight service I have hired in my entire life, the manager (Brad) of this company is a very tolerant and quite rude and abusive person.

They loaded for me some containers of which several vehicles came to me destroyed because they did not do their job well, which basically consisted of loading my containers, after consulting them they accepted their error they offered that they would somehow help me to solve it and they only gave me delays during weeks telling me they would solve it which never happened. This caused me serious financial losses and serious problems with my clients.

So I made the decision to no longer work with them and retire the vehicles that they had in their warehouse until that moment, then the manager Brad decides that I must pay him $ 5000 (Five thousand dollars) to be able to retire those vehicles, assuming that although they were not loaded There they had to be paid as if they had been loaded, a serious mistake on my part to have accepted as long as I did not know more about them, I had to pay and when I removed the first vehicles as in a tow truck they could not all leave when we tried to withdraw the ones that still remained were no longer $ 5000 but in total he wanted $ 12,000 (twelve thousand dollars) to be paid

Any company can have commercial allies as in this case I tried, but commercial allies are to give you solutions and not to create problems, these situations with this company almost destroyed my business even to this day I continue to recover from that loss, maybe with other companies they work well but with me The experience was one of the worst that I had to go through in my business.
