I dropped my leaf blower off to have it looked at. I was told it would take two weeks. 2 1/2 weeks passed and I called and was told that it was going to get looked at that day and I would get a call that afternoon. Four days later I never got a call so I called back to find out the status and was told that the part was ordered and it was going to be $130 for repair. I told her I never authorized any repair. I first expected a diagnostic results along with an estimate. I told them not to repair it as I could buy a new one for a little bit more. I went in to pick up my blower and paid the $25 fee and was given my blower back in a box all torn apart. Needless to say I was very displeased from the communication all the way to the end result with my leave blower a box all torn apart.

Been delivering here on and off for about 4 years and always the unload time is no more than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff also.
