This has to be the worst experience I had as a patient. Blue Cross Blue Shield a year later reversed payment on a claim that they paid earlier on and did not even bother to notify us. When I called them they did not even want to explain why they did this except they just said it s their policy and right. I will never take this insurance again. Worst company ever..Be Aware before you do business with them
