The company I work for uploads invoices to this intake company. I have sent numerous emails over many months of which they responded to one. I have also left several telephone messages and only received one call back which essentially equated to leaving another message via email. I asked if they outsource their accounting to India and where their accounting department was located and the receptionist was unaware of anyone in their accounting department or where it is located. I find the 5 star reviews to be suspicious based upon my repeated and numerous subpar experiences with this company.
