Came for my brothers wedding and got attitude from the front desk when they double booked the room that was promise during the orientation for reservations. We were supposed to have a huge room on the 4th floor with a Sunday bar, and full kitchen to get ready in, and for the groom and his bride to stay that night. Instead when they gave us our room key it was to a double lock-out room on the 12th floor. There was 8 of us getting dressed in there and we made it work, but the manager had a terrible attitude, and was not even apologetic about double booking the advertised/ promised room that they showed us on the walk-through. Valet was great, room service great, breakfast, bartenders all did their job. The service manager at the front desk should be fired, very rude and distasteful to the groom and his new bride on their big day!
