Paid in advance, I did the installation but I have no coverage ... I'm still waiting for me to be refunded by calling more than once by reminder
We have been their customers for several years .. lately we need assistance but we have called several times, they do not answer the phone or messages ... "I'll call you back as soon as I get free" ... and days go by ...
after being a customer for years I decided to give up. The Eolo service is bad, poor reception problems, router problems, even problems on the cable installed by their installer. To solve the latter, I was advised to contact another electrician because they do not remember who was doing the job. I call for information on how to give notice, put me on hold 10 minutes, recall, closed shop. Top!!
