I was visiting Atlanta from out of town and had an issue with my Expedition that needed some quick attention. Other Ford dealerships in the area said they can look at it in 2-3 days. I came to Nalley Ford Sandy Springs and they agreed to look at it right away since I was in a bind. BRYSON in the service department was super helpful. He took it back right away for a quick look with their technician and determined my issue was not one to worry about. All at no charge! That kind of old fashioned service is rare at a major dealership in 2020. Highly recommend this place.
